Job Description We're looking for an experienced and organized Contract Admin Lead to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of contract administration, manage a team of contract professionals, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong decision-making abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the capacity to lead and mentor a high-performing team while maintaining operational excellence. Lead, supervise, and mentor the contract administration team, providing guidance on best practices and professional development Develop and implement contract management policies, procedures, and standardized templates to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization Review, analyze, and approve contracts to ensure legal compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with organizational objectives Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewal of vendor, supplier, and client agreements Maintain comprehensive contract databases and documentation systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and easy accessibility Identify and assess potential risks within contracts and recommend mitigation strategies to protect organizational interests Coordinate with internal stakeholders including finance, legal, procurement, and operations to ensure contract requirements are met Monitor contract performance and compliance, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and financial obligations Prepare regular reports and analytics on contract status, performance metrics, and cost savings opportunities Negotiate contract terms and conditions with external parties to achieve favorable outcomes for the organization Ensure all contracts adhere to Saudi Arabian regulations and local business requirements Resolve contract disputes and manage amendments or modifications as needed Qualifications **Required Skills and Experience:** Minimum 12+ years of contract administration experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity Proven expertise in contract management, including drafting, negotiation, and compliance Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory requirements, and risk management principles Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams effectively Advanced proficiency with contract management software and database systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant business applications Experience with vendor and supplier management Solid understanding of procurement processes and financial management Exceptional organizational and time management skills Business Line: Transportation Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Urban Transport and Urban Development Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Contract Management Profession: Project Contract Specialist II
