About the Role: Are you an experienced Contracts Administration Officer looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administration Officer to join our Commercial Contract Management Team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will closely work with the Director, providing administrative and operational support for the management of performance‑based contracts and facilities management services. Key responsibilities include managing financial administration and invoice processing for contracted services, monitoring contractor performance and supporting compliance activities, coordinating and completing compliance audits across clinical and administrative areas of the University of Canberra Hospital, processing Minor Works Requests from clinical and administrative areas, and undertaking day‑to‑day contract administration activities to support effective service delivery. We are looking for someone who thrives in a small team and working independently, with excellent communications skills with both internal and external stakeholders, who can prioritise their workload, can work under pressure, and is organised.
