Job Title Contract Administration Assistant Job Description Summary Provides administrative support, manages documentation, schedules meetings, coordinates tasks, and ensures smooth office operations through efficient communication and organization. Job Description About the Role: Perform filing, scanning, and organizing of physical and digital documents Assist in preparing and updating reports, forms, and records Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper archiving Support data entry and basic record-keeping tasks Coordinate with internal teams for document retrieval and submission Handle general administrative duties such as photocopying, printing, and mailing About You: Minimum O-Level qualification. Prior experience in customer service, or administrative support is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
