Description

Responsibilities * Support the review and analysis of contract clauses, terms, and conditions to ensure alignment with contractual requirements. * Assist in monitoring contractual deliverables against Contract Documents and Purchase Orders to ensure compliance. * Maintain and update contract records, documentation, and data within the ERP system (e.g., Oracle) to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Prepare contract-related correspondence, reports, and summaries for the Contract Administration Lead or Contract Specialist. * Utilize AI tools and Power BI to support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and data insights for management reporting. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely execution and fulfilment of contractual obligations. * Provide administrative support during audits, compliance reviews, and contract reporting activities. * Perform other contract administration and ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Law, Quantity Surveyor or any equivalent fields. * 1 to 3 years working experience in contracts management / administration. * Ability to interpret and analyze contract clauses effectively. * Experience in ERP systems is an added advantage.
