Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description We are looking for a Contract Administration Support Officer that can: Provide contract administration support in accordance with established procedures, legislative requirements and audit standards, including maintaining accurate records and documentation. Assist in coordinating contract processes and systems, escalating issues as required, and supporting Superintendent’s Representatives and key stakeholders. Demonstrate strong analytical, research and organisational skills, with a high level of diligence in prioritising workloads to meet shifting deadlines and manage competing demands. Contract administration activities include contract award, payments, cpi increases, and practical and final completions. Utilise corporate systems and software (e.g. SAP, Objective and MS Office, including Excel advanced level) to prepare reports, checklists, correspondence.
