    Our Contract Administrators are central to ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly. Working alongside your Contract Manager, you’ll review job orders, book in work for our operatives and keep our customers up-to-date on progress or any changes.
    With the support of the wider Contract Management team, you’ll participate in customer contract meetings, help track KPIs, and be a go-to problem solver for our operatives and customers alike. As your role develops, you’ll learn all about the world of building & maintenance, including pricing, putting together quotes and issuing invoices.

WHAT WE DO

We are a growing company, providing high-quality building maintenance to a wide variety of clients including Local Authorities, Housing Associations, hospitals, care homes and schools, as well as Domestic & Commercial clients across Bath, Bristol and the South West.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting your Contract Manager to update and maintain our job management system
  • Planning & scheduling work with the support of the Contract Manager and Surveyor, liaising with site staff to ensure that work is scheduled to maximise efficiency & to required standards
  • Assessing jobs requests to determine the work required, working within the company’s pricing schedule to provide quotes
  • Liaising with and taking queries from external stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and the public
