Position Summary:
Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Duration: 24 Months Contract
Job Description:
Draft, review, and manage assigned contracts within contract management system.
Identify legal, financial, risk management, tax, and other contract terms for review by subject matter experts.
Assist attorneys in contract negotiations.
Partner with and educate internal stakeholders on contract related issues.
Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while constantly adapting to meet competing priorities.
Collaborate with other Commercial Legal Services team members.
Perform specified duties in a professional manner and in accordance with values and behaviors.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Paralegal Certificate
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
Contract review experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Five years prior paralegal experience and Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s degree
Prior experience with contract drafting and management
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
