ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Contract Administrator role is crucial to the success of our operations in Brisbane. You will be the linchpin in managing contractual obligations and ensuring compliance with company and legal standards. Your efforts will directly contribute to the smooth execution of our water projects and the overall success of our team.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Contract Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and managing all new and current contracts.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and proposals for AWSA projects and clients
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contract negotiations and executions
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth contract administration processes
  • Manage contract changes, extensions, and amendments while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Monitor contract performance to ensure adherence to terms, timelines, and quality standards
  • Conduct regular contract reviews to identify areas for improvement and maximize efficiency
  • Assist in resolving disputes and conflicts that may arise during the contract lifecycle
  • Effectively communicate Contract expectations to AWSA team members and customer stakeholders in a timely & clear fashion.
