Our Client, SAMMY SERVICES PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team and support the delivery of projects by managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and minimizing risk. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, assisting with tenders and negotiations, maintaining accurate records, and fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in contract administration, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Job Responsibility:
· Plan and undertake administration of contracts, organizational programs, special projects and support services
Duties:
· Prepare sales and purchase contracts
· Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners
· Review and update existing contracts
· Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties
· Ensure that employees understand and comply with company contracts
· Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
· Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed
· Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met
· Maintain organized system of physical and digital records
· Create language standards for existing and new contracts
Qualification:
· AQF Diploma or Higher
· 2-3 years of experience in related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
