Post graduate education in civil or electrical engineering, construction management, or project management Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract administration, with experience on ATMS projects considered an asset Excellent communication and coordination skills with stakeholders Strong ability to resolve construction issues and negotiate contract terms Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements in Ontario Proven experience across various project types and delivery methods Solid technical understanding of construction contracts and constructability considerations Knowledge of construction best practices, equipment, materials, and quality assurance techniques Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment Flexible to work from home, in the office, or on project sites as required
