Your responsibilities will include: Manage the end-to-end Legal Review process for contract language, ensuring issues are identified, escalated, and resolved efficiently. Facilitate contract archival, tracking, and reporting to support visibility, compliance, and process optimization. Develop, enhance, and implement new Terms & Conditions language and templates in response to evolving business needs and industry standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to standardize and simplify contracting processes, leveraging data insights and best practices. Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years' experience in contract management, contract administration, or related legal/business operations role. Demonstrated expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial agreements. Strong understanding of contract law, risk assessment, and regulatory considerations. Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Proficiency with contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced degree or certification in Contract Management (e.g., IACCM/WorldCC or equivalent). Experience working in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry. Familiarity with enterprise-level contract management systems and process automation tools. Demonstrated success leading process improvement or standardization initiatives.
