Join our dynamic team as a Contract administrator reporting to the Sales Manager. Based in Seven hills, Sydney. Your efforts will directly contribute to our business’s revenue and profitability, making a tangible impact in the flooring industry.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyse contract documents, negotiating terms, payment conditions, and other requirements as needed.
Prepare and manage monthly progress claims, variations, RFIs, and contract documentation.
Track project costs, maintaining accurate budgets and forecasts to support financial objectives.
Coordinate materials procurement and administer installer and subcontractor teams.
Liaise with site teams, consultants, and installers to resolve commercial and contractual issues.
Support the preparation of head contract claims and provide accurate project reporting.
Maintain meticulous contract records and ensure compliance with company systems and procedures.
Identify risks and opportunities across projects to optimize outcomes.

Remuneration & Benefits
