Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity    We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Contract Administrator to join our Business Support Hub. Working closely with the local management and operational teams, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality contract administration and business support across multiple local contracts. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial administration, strong data integrity, and efficient business processes, while providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.   Key responsibilities: Contract & Financial Administration * Supporting local contracts with end-to-end contract administration * Ensuring month-end processes are completed accurately and on time (journals, accruals, purchase orders, invoicing, cash sales) * Processing subcontractor claims and supplier invoices in line with required timelines * Maintaining accurate reporting and providing timely information to management * Managing contract documentation and record-keeping (electronic and physical) * Supporting teams to effectively use Microsoft platforms and internal systems (e.g. RAMM, JD Edwards or similar ERP) Business & Operational Support * Providing general administrative support to operational and leadership teams * Preparing and circulating meeting minutes, communications, and public notifications * Supporting onboarding activities for new hires * Assisting with data entry, stock setup, and EDJR requirements * Attending contract meetings and toolbox talks with frontline teams Customer Service * Delivering friendly, professional service to internal and external customers * Coordinating meetings, training rooms, catering, and general office support Culture, Safety & Sustainability * Role-modelling company values and contributing positively to team culture * Actively supporting Zero Harm and sustainability objectives * Ensuring safety, compliance, and environmental considerations are embedded in all activities   Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills   You’ll be a detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
