Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in contract drafting, interpretation, and administration. (Creating, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure they are legally sound and protect the company’s interests.)
  • Prepare payment applications and certify subcontractor payments.
  • Overseeing the administration of active contracts, including managing change orders, processing payment requests, and ensuring ongoing compliance with all terms and conditions.
  • Acting as a liaison between project managers, clients, legal teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and resolve issues.
  • Maintaining accurate contract logs, records, and filing systems to ensure proper documentation of all contract-related activities.
  • Investigating and resolving disputes, breaches of contract, and other issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Overseeing project budgets, payment schedules, and financial claims to ensure projects stay within budget.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks by analyzing contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance, and planning for unforeseen issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, QS, or Business.
  • 3–5 years experience.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic understanding of construction contracts and legal principles.
  • Strong MS Office and document management skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Compatible with teamwork
