SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Minimum 5-year experience as a Contract Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, preferably AS4000 and similar standards.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $110,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in supporting our construction projects by managing contracts, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and variations.
  • Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure contract terms are clearly understood and met.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contractual documentation and correspondence.
  • Assist in project budgeting, cost tracking, and progress reporting.
  • Monitor compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
  • Support procurement processes, including tender preparation and assessment.
