Description Job Description: Estimating Read and interpret engineering drawings and military specifications Gather, evaluate, and analyze data (using current and historical data) to develop quotes for customers Negotiate pricing and terms of conditions with customers Manage and coordinate the work of data entry personnel Write and develop multi-year, multi-million dollar proposals for our customers Contract Administration Monitor on-going contracts to assure conformance with the terms and conditions, on-time payment, and ensure completion of requirements Serve as primary customer interface for all contractual issues Ensure orders are processed quickly and accurately Ensure customer requests are acted upon quickly Act as a liaison between customers and production Travel and meet with customers to negotiate future and existing contracts Attend supplier conferences as InterConnect's representative Calculate and submit pricing for engineering changes Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required Above average computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment Ability to provide high quality customer satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to write large, detailed proposals Above average writing skills Above average math skills Ability to work on multiple projects at one time (multi-task)
