THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to growth, we are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join our Girraween projects team. With your expertise, you will provide administrative support to construction projects, working with the delivery team to ensure key milestones are met.
As a highly organised professional, you will prepare management reports, compile job site packages for field crew, maintain various databases in a timely manner and process timesheets for field and office team members. You’ll be supported by a great team of people including the Project Managers, Project Engineers, Site Supervisors and Field Crew.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction or related industry
- The ability to work autonomously in a busy work environment
- Strong computer skills with intermediate to advanced skills in MS office suite
- Timely and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to interface within a team environment
