JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our growing team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be pivotal in managing the entire lifecycle of contracts related to our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that contracts are executed in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies, while also safeguarding the interests of JASARA PMC. In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate contract terms, manage contract records, and facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving contract-related issues, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a solid background in contract management within the construction or project management sectors. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in contract administration or a related field. Expert in contracts management Preferably Arabic speaking with previous experience in construction industry Good working knowledge in governmental and FIDIC contracts. Thorough understanding of contract law and regulations in the construction industry. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in contract management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines effectively. Previous experience in construction or project management is highly desirable.
