Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is not your typical Contract Administrator role. We’re seeking someone who can lead projects end-to-end while also having the commercial smarts to quote, manage contracts, and keep budgets on track. You’ll be client-facing, hands-on, and supported by a close-knit team that thrives on collaboration and quality delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Quoting and tendering new projects, including subcontractor engagement
  • Preparing and managing project budgets, contracts, and reports
  • Leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met
  • Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across NSW, QLD, and ACT
  • Monitoring contract performance, progress claims, and variations
  • Building strong, long-term client relationships
