CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR – DANDENONG SOUTH VIC

Kogan People Solutions, specialist recruiters, are working with a leading and trusted eco‑friendly insulation specialist based in Dandenong South, VIC. They deliver high-quality thermal, acoustic, fire-resistant, underfloor, foil board, pipe lagging, and house‑wrap insulation solutions for residential and commercial clients.
As the business continues to grow, they now seek a qualified and experienced Contract Administrator to support the delivery of projects to completion. The role is full-time and ongoing.
Salary: A great salary is offered in the range of$75k to $85k plus superannuation per annum.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Contract Administrator will manage contracts, prepare documentation, coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients, and ensure works are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with compliance and quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Maintain accurate and organised contract documentation, ensuring all records of contracts, service agreements and projects are up to date.
  • Develop, review and negotiate variations to contracts, service agreements and projects to ensure they meet the company’s needs and comply with legal requirements.
  • Maintain and oversee all data entry requirements relating to customers, sites, agreements and pricing in the company’s software system and communicate contract variations to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve problems concerning contracts, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Manage paperwork associated with contracts, service agreements and projects provided, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete and securely stored.
  • Work with, support and guide the team members to ensure company goals are met.
  • Collect and analyse data associated with projects undertaken, update clients on their account charges, ensure accurate billing and provide reports where required.
  • Stay up to date with legislative changes to ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with internal project managers, suppliers, and external clients to clarify deliverables and ensure alignment.

TO BE SUCCESSFULLY CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Minimum Diploma in a highly relevant field (or agreed substitute).
  • Proven experience and expertise in contract management.
  • At least 1 year (preferably more) years of highly relevant professional, post-training experience
  • Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented, with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
