Our work will take you in different directions. We are seeking an outstanding Contract Administrator to join our Legal Team based in Melbourne. Working closely with the Legal Counsel, the Contract Administrator role supports the effective management of contracts throughout the project lifecycle. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing and maintaining contract documentation, ensuring compliance with contractual term policy positions and effectively assisting in resolution of contract-related issues. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the following: Preparation, review, negotiation and execution of contracts and ancillary documents. Maintain accurate records of contract documentation, variations and correspondence. Support project teams with contract interpretation and administration. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve contract negotiations. Contribute to risk identification and mitigation. About You 2-5 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role. Qualifications in business, law, construction management or a related field (tertiary qualifications in these areas are preferred). Experience in the vertical transport or construction industries will be highly regarded. Sound understanding of contract law and construction procurement processes. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and organisation skills. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (including written skills) required for building and maintaining stakeholder relationships (both internally and externally with clients).
