Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of lease documents in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Coordinate and manage lease renewal and termination processes, ensuring proper documentation and timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain and regularly update lease information in the company’s lease management system or database.
  • Monitor lease payments, identify overdue accounts, and follow up with tenants or relevant departments to ensure timely collections.
  • Handle requests for lease amendments, ensuring changes are properly documented and approved.
  • Track and monitor key lease milestones such as rent reviews, renewal options, and lease expiration dates to avoid lapses or delays.
  • Generate regular reports on lease status, upcoming deadlines, and payment summaries for internal review.
  • Accurately encode all rental payments into the designated systems or trackers. Prepare and share structured Excel reports summarizing lease details, payment status, upcoming renewals, and other key metrics as requested by Finance from time to time.
  • Facilitate auditors by providing complete and organized rental documentation for vouching purposes. Support Finance in responding to audit queries and compiling rental-related reports and evidence on a timely basis.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
