CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Minimum guaranteed hours: 30 hours per week
Pay Range: $29.00 -$32.00 per hour

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in procurement, contract administration, or sales/marketing, preferably two years’ relevant experience or a diploma in business related field
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with both internal teams and external suppliers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with inventory or procurement systems
  • Understanding of international shipping, import documentation, and logistics processes is an advantage
  • Mandarin language skills are a plus but not required
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to coordinate supply-related contracts, manage procurement processes, and support the administration of our import operations. This role is essential to ensuring that our supply agreements and inventory timelines are met with accuracy and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaise with overseas and local suppliers regarding product orders and shipping arrangements
  • Prepare, review, and maintain supplier contracts and purchasing agreements
  • Track contract timelines, key milestones, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate logistics, including customs clearance and freight documentation
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement planning based on business needs
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and company policies
  • Maintain up-to-date records of purchases, supplier performance, and related documents
  • Support reporting for management on supply chain and procurement metrics
