    About the role:
    Due to an increased volume of work, Lendlease have an exciting career opportunity to join our high-performing team and help deliver our CIT Woden project.
    As a Contract Administrator with Lendlease, you will be based on site and work closely with the Commercial Manager and wider project team, you will take ownership of procurement of major trade subcontracts, take ownership of your allocated subcontracts and their administration, assess variations and claims, undertake profit, budget, forecasting analysis and financial control reporting and regular client interfacing.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Procurement of major trade packages.
  • Administration of head contract, and subcontracts.
  • Assess and process progress claims and variations.
  • Undertake budget, forecasting, and financial analysis and reporting.
  • Client and stakeholder management.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Construction industry experience, ideally on commercial construction projects, working for a main contractor.
  • Experience in a similar project-based contract and financial administration role.
  • Experience working with and managing construction contracts.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as interact regularly with clients, and subcontractors.
  • Enjoy being on-site and being “hands on”.
