Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Contract Administrator with a strong background in building construction and a degree in engineering or a relevant discipline. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry and be fluent in Arabic. This role is responsible for managing contract documentation, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and supporting the project team in all contract-related matters.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or related field) or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in contract administration within building construction.
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC), legal frameworks, and project documentation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certification in Contract Management or Construction Law.
  • Experience in high-rise, commercial, or residential building projects.
  • Familiarity with local construction regulations and permitting processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
