Works collaboratively with planning and project management teams to ensure projects are well‑scheduled, efficiently delivered and commercially successful, meeting agreed time, cost and performance requirements. You’ll Be Responsible For: Administering construction contracts and purchase orders, maintaining compliant documentation, notices, insurance and performance records. Evaluating time and cost claims, manage settlement processes and maintain an up‑to‑date claim log. Monitoring contractor obligations, certify completion and recommend remedial actions for non‑compliance. Supporting project close‑out, procurement closure and risk management activities. You’ll Need To Have: Degree qualification in Engineering. Experience of having FIDIC contracts. Excellent technical grounding in all aspects of contracts. Experience in managing major construction projects, including retails and commercial projects within a consultancy industry. The estimated salary for this position is $ 90,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
