Description

We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our Team!
As a Contract Administrator you need to be able to assess and monitor financial and contractual risk, administer head contract obligations, manage procurement, and facilitate effective project communication.

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Contract administration and risk assessment
  • Compliance with the Security of Payments Act
  • Subcontract and supplier procurement
  • Document management and communication
  • Site visits as required

You will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Construction Industry Induction Training Certificate (White Card)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Competency in the use of industry financial management software – Jobpac, and the like
  • Competency in the use of industry document management software – Aconex, Procore, Microsoft CRM (Dynamics), and the like
  • Knowledge of the Security of Payments Act
