What We Are Looking For We are seeking a Contract Administrator to work within the Contracts Department, specifically supporting Music and Comedy Touring. Duties Issue contracts and supporting documents to promoter companies and venues Process incoming contracts and payments negotiated by APA for our Music and Comedy Touring Departments Monitor clients’ deals to make sure all signed paperwork and payments are collected, and APA’s commissions are processed Data entry for each contract into our booking system Interact with agents and their internal teams to ensure clear, correct communication regarding the status of contracts, deposits, settlements and client payments/invoices Provide clerical assistance to the department as needed Skills And Qualifications Communicates complex information simply Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook and Google Drive Strong attention to detail, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment Self-starter who can learn processing systems, assume responsibility, and work independently Excellent written and oral communication skills in order to work with promoters and vendors.
