QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

- Experience in managing major contracts
- Proficient analytical skills with the ability to set and measure KPIs

- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with SAP operating system
- A motivated, flexible, reliable, and friendly individual who thrives in a team environment
- Desirable:
- Knowledge of Contracts Law
Responsibilities:
- Contract Oversight: Track and monitor key service contracts for timely reviews, renewals, or terminations.
- Organisational Skills: Maintain detailed files of all contracts and related documents ensuring order and accessibility.
- Compliance Management: Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual terms, obligations, and corporate policies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal, procurement, finance, and other departments to comprehensively address contractual issues.
- Conflict Resolution: Serve as a mediator between company employees and external service providers to resolve any conflicts or disputes.
- Reporting: Develop and deliver clear, concise, and timely contract status reports to management.
- Service Delivery Implement and manage the delivery of contracted services with a focus on maximizing productivity and value.
- Cost Management Identify cost reduction strategies, manage contract budgets, and provide variance reports.
