Job Title: Contract Administrator (Brentford/ London Based)
Role Overview:

Otis is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our successful commercial team based in Brentford/London. It would also be an excellent opportunity for the right individual to showcase their ability to the business for progression to an Assistant Quantity Surveyor role. As Contracts administrator you will be expected to:

• Process electronic contract documentation
• Complete administrative tasks
• Assist in projects in all stages, including supporting pre/post-contract negotiations, change management throughout the project and final account agreement.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records on project status.
• Prepare payment applications that reflect the work completed on projects.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

• A strong administrative background
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Good customer service skills
• Demonstrate proactive behaviours
• Strong communication skills
• Good commercial awareness
• Be able to demonstrate basic understanding of project cycle
• Be able to demonstrate basic understanding of contract processes
• Be able to demonstrate basic understanding of JCT/NEC contracts
