Position Summary: The Contract Administrator will be responsible for contract management, ensuring contract compliance, and working closely with team members to maintain consistency with all contract execution. Position Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day contract logistics. Ability to analyze contractual risk and manage contractual compliance. Track and communicate status of contracts both internally and externally with clients. Issue and maintain contracts and subcontracts. Develop specialized contracts and amendments to accommodate diverse contractual relationships. Streamline contract routing process and help implement contract management software and eSignature tools. Work closely with project team to coordinate contract execution and ongoing tracking. Manage relationships with industry partners. Maintain licensing information. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required: High school diploma or GED. Required: Ability to work in fast-paced, team environment. Required: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred: Well versed in construction contracts, including AIA documents. Preferred: Experience with construction management software. Physical Demands: Must be able to sit at a desk and/or computer for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
