POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Contract Administrator at Square Construction Group, you will be responsible for managing and administering a wide range of contracts across multiple construction projects. You will ensure that all contractual obligations are met, variations are effectively managed, and project stakeholders remain aligned on commercial and legal requirements.
Your role will involve preparing, negotiating, reviewing, and monitoring various types of contracts, including head contracts, subcontracts, supply and purchasing contracts, and other types of contracts. You will also analyse contract risks, provide recommendations to mitigate potential issues, and liaise with all the stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
