JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate will accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner direct the administration of public and private contracts from project inception through completion.
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Over 3 years and up to and including 5 years to become familiar with different aspects of heavy highway construction, administering public and private work contracts of large scale.
- Broad knowledge of heavy highway construction and knowledge and ability to read and interrupt legal contracts.
- Duties require broad conceptual judgment, initiative and the ability to deal with complex factors not easily evaluated and to make decisions guided by precedent and within limits of established policies.
