Tenth Revolution Group are hiring a Contract Administrator to join their busy and fast paced team at our global HQ in Newcastle - close to central Metro and train station. We are a global recruitment agency, and you will be providing admin support to our US recruitment teams.
Due to the time difference this position will require someone who is able to work the following work pattern on a full time basis:
Monday - Thursday: 1.30pm - 10.30pm
Friday - 1.30pm - 9pm
This position will be office based full time
This is a great opportunity for someone either with sales experience who is looking to move into a more administrative support function, or someone who has worked supporting fast paced sales teams.
As Contract Administrator you will be responsible for the end-to-end administrative tasks and compliance validations relating to all placements made by our American recruitment teams.
We are looking for someone who is able to work independently, has strong attention to detail and can remain positive and calm when last minute things come up or deadlines are due! You will also need to have strong verbal and written skills, confidence in communicating with others outside of your team is also essential as you will be liaising daily with the sales teams around the world.
