Description

As part of the RAC Group Strategy & Innovation team, the Contract Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Quality, Risk, and Compliance (QRC) business. This position ensures the maintenance of high compliance standards and optimal performance across contractual agreements, aligning with organisational requirements.
This is a part-time, permanent opportunity based in our both our West Perth & Joondalup offices, supporting the Tourism portfolio.
What Will You Be Doing?
Reporting to the Quality, Risk & Compliance Manager, and working in a fast-paced team environment, this role involves a wide range of responsibilities within contracts administration for the Tourism portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Administering supplier contracts to ensure compliance.
  • Preparing compliance reports and assisting with internal audits.
  • Managing information and documents within contract and supplier management systems.
  • Providing operational support and maintaining relevant policies, procedures, and templates.
  • Performing general administrative duties.

  • Flexibility to travel to various sites as needed.
  • Previous experience in contract administration (highly regarded).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general system applications.
