As a Contract Administrator, you will be instrumental in managing and administering contracts within a collaborative framework agreement and during the post-award stage of construction projects and services across multiple projects within the Water and Sewerage Portfolio. You’ll work closely with project teams to facilitate communication, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and perform the full suite of contract administration tasks including but not limited to the processing of claims to support timely payments and contractual notices. You’ll also attend contract management meetings, prepare reports, and play a key role in identifying and managing commercial risks. With responsibility for programs valued up to $100 million p/a, you’ll help to ensure effective delivery and commercial outcomes across Unitywater’s capital works portfolio.
