Job Description Role Overview Reporting to the Regional Controller and sitting within the FBS Team, the Contract Analyst will predominantly support the MSP service line across the APAC region, although the role may expand over time to support multiple service lines depending on workload and business needs. The primary responsibility of the Contract Analyst will be supporting with negotiating and executing agreements with our Staffing Suppliers, through the contract review, administration and making redline recommendations for agreements, signature and document control, renewal, and post signature contracting processes. Throughout these processes, they will ensure that AGS maintains a strong position, develops consistent contract alignment and minimizes company risk. The Contract Analyst will support on implementations, working to streamline the process to deliver supplier enrolment ahead of deadlines, as well as supporting BAU work day-to-day. The person in this role will be available to provide support across the department and assist in managing work-load spikes, training and manage short-term issues. Core Skills, Role and Responsibilities Primary responsibility for ensuring compliance and consistency with the administration procedures of the Contracts Department Responsible for assisting with contract production and leading negotiations with suppliers Drafting and editing Standard templates for new contracts, Third Party Agreements, extensions and other contract documents as required Administration and updating of contract templates Escalating contract queries to Contract Manager and AGS Legal department if required To occasionally document and complete contract summaries, capturing key details within terms and conditions To collate and prepare information for internal stakeholders and external clients To manage and keep contracts database updated To manage mailbox and respond to business queries Validating and processing all permanent and contract placements, in line with the correct work flow, legislation and best practice Ensure returned contracts are logged, passed for countersigning, documented and returned to each party for their records Ensure weekly document control and electronic signatory processes are completed for the return of signed contracts for suppliers Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to maintain a high standard within contracts administration Create Allegis Non-Disclosure Agreements Highlight areas for process improvement Miscellaneous requests/tasks Qualifications Knowledge/skills Strong attention to detail and ability to negotiate within defined parameters Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work proactively within a team environment Ability to evaluate and balance individual workload through effective time management, prioritization and organizational skills Ability to develop a thorough knowledge of business policies and establish best practice Strong written and oral skills to effectively communicate messages Willingness and ability to undertake further training and development related to the role Knowledge of dealing with related contract terms and conditions desirable Negotiation skills Able to draft basic contract clause changes desirable Degree in Law and minimum 2 to 4 years' experience in a legal department, ideally within a commercial business.
