YOUR ROLE

Join our team as a Contract Analyst, where you will inspect, translate, clean, transform, and model maintenance contract-related data from contractors and the Housing Portfolio to ensure compliance with the contract. You will apply a range of data analysis techniques and tools to identify trends, issues, anomalies, or potential fraud. Additionally, you will prepare quarterly reports on each contract area in line with the requirements of the Maintenance Contract and the Performance Management Framework.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As part of the Contract Improvement and Analysis team, you will utilise diverse data analysis techniques and tools to identify trends, issues, anomalies, or fraud, ensuring high-quality insights.
You’ll stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques and tools to maximize effectiveness in your work, including techniques like data modelling, text analytics, data quality checking, statistical methods (univariate statistics, bivariate associations, graphical techniques, sensitivity analysis, general linear models, and more), and advanced analytical software.
You will also apply computer-aided auditing techniques (CAAT) when appropriate to assess data integrity and compliance and you will be responsible in monitoring contractor performance against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop regular/quarterly contractor performance reports.
