Contract and Commercial Consultant
Location: Norwich, Bristol or York
Salary: circa £45,000 (depending on experience & qualifications)
This is a varied role requiring high-level knowledge of a range of subjects. The successful applicant will be a resilient individual who is able to adapt quickly in high pressured and fast paced environment.
A bit about the job:
The role will support the oversight of contract and commercial aspects of Aviva’s strategic operations and IT outsourced relationships. Effective management of contracts has financials benefits for Aviva and ensures our customers receives a high-quality service.
Duties will include ensuring suppliers are compliant with contractual obligations, investigating commercial disputes and supporting negotiations, leading/supporting project work, drafting contract clauses and getting contract changes to signature, maintaining and updating contracts.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong relationship building skills, capable of managing Suppliers and Stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
• Ability to problem solve
• Strong negotiation and organisational skills
• Contract experience and industry experience are an advantage

• Salary around £45,000 - depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
