What You Will Be Doing Generate business and credit related data to perform business analysis and prepare for insightful decision Develop and maintain key performance indicators using data-driven approach to measure and drive the success of initiatives, perform analyses with actionable insights, and provide regular reporting to senior management Be a subject matter expert in data to support the increasing demands from business and requests from other divisions and regulatory. Streamline and automate internal process to ensure efficient and effective data generation and analytics processes are in place Develop advanced analytics, with AI and machine learning capability, to streamline existing process and improve sales momentum Provide regular reports and progress updates to management on a timely basis and work closely with relevant functions (both internal & external parties) to meet the required deadline Prepare regular MI reports to facilitate business performance monitoring Perform ad-hoc duties and projects whenever required. This includes research, problem solving or additional support for the team Generate data and provide assistance in internal and external regulatory, control review and portfolio health check What We Are Looking For University graduate with degree in computer science or business-related discipline, preferably with at least 2 years of experience in Financial / Banking industries Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Access Strong programming and coding skill especially SAS, Python, VBA, SQL and building dashboard by using PowerBI or any equivalent tools would be an advantage Strong data engineering, extraction, mining, and process automation capabilities Good knowledge of visual analytics capability through interactive dashboard design and development Self-motivated, strong initiative, and attention to details Good knowledge of general banking operation Good analytical and communication skills Strong ability to analyze and interpret business and financial data Highly adaptable, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity, thrives in fast-moving and high-growth environment Strategic mindset and logical thought process Flexibility and ability to multi-task and take on different types of roles and activities at the same time Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese #LI-GT1 What we offer: Competitive base salary.
