Responsibilities: Perform nominee functions on securities custodian and corporate event services including share offers, rights issues, bonus issues, dividend elections and other distributions Handle IPO application, allotment allocation and refund Manage cash reconciliation between CCASS/ Registrar and internal record Prepare notification letter for voluntary events such as Scheme of Arrangement, Privatization, Redemption Offer, Preferential Offer, Compulsory Acquisition, Clawback Offer, Cancellation of Listing, etc Manage securities settlement with counterparties Assist Team Lead to overview the daily work and ensure all are completed on schedule Participate in system enhancement testing Update Policy and Procedures as well as SOP if there is any change Requirements: Degree holder in any discipline(s) Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking industry, of which 1 year’s in securities Detail-minded, well organized with strong interpersonal and planning skills Strong in Microsoft excel, word and VBA programming Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese What we offer: Competitive base salary.
