Description

Our London based client is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with proven experience of working on Customer Service / Customer Success platform / CRM projects. This role will play a critical part in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, focusing on optimising customer-facing processes through enterprise platforms. The successful Business Analyst will have proven expereince of defineing business requirements for system integrations, understanding the flow of data and its impact on business processes The role will be remote based with occasional travel to the clients London office. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support initiatives within the CRM / Customer Service domain, leveraging deep functional understanding of business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and integration requirements for system and platform enhancements. Translate strategic business goals into detailed, actionable project deliverables - driving solutions from concept to implementation. Provide functional insight on enterprise systems such as SAP C4C, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), or similar CRM/ERP platforms (no hands-on technical implementation required). Analyse and define integration needs, understanding data flow, dependencies, and business impact from a functional perspective. Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. Essential Skills / Experience: Demonstrable experience of working on CRM and/or Customer Service Platform projects. Solid understanding of enterprise platforms like SAP C4C, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar. Experience in defining and analysing business requirements for system integration's. Demonstrated ability to manage projects through the entire lifecycle - from ideation to successful delivery Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
