REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in Rates and/or FX products within an Investment Bank.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and front-to-back infrastructure (e.g., trade capture, risk management, settlement, P&L attribution).
• Background in Sales or Trading, COO, Finance, Market Risk, or Operational Middle Office functions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with experience in Rates and/or FX products within an investment banking environment. This role requires a deep understanding of the product lifecycle and its management across the front-to-back infrastructure stack. The ideal candidate will have a background in Finance, Market Risk, or Operational Middle Office, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across global teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a subject matter expert on Rates and/or FX products, supporting their full lifecycle from trade capture to settlement and reporting.
• Partner with Front Office, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure seamless product delivery and issue resolution.
• Analyse and document front-to-back workflows, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
• Support change initiatives, system migrations, and regulatory projects impacting product infrastructure.
• Provide insights into risk exposures and control frameworks, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulations.Communicate complex issues clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
