Description Duties and Responsibilities: Process New and Used vehicle contracts. Tear down New and Used deals daily, ensure all necessary documents are in the deal. Verifies the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale. File deposit receipts in deals. Process and submit payoffs for Trade-ins. Make accounting adjustments as needed and maintain clean schedules on a weekly basis. Process Service Loaners coming in/out of inventory. Responsible for all aspects of posting unwinds and rollbacks accurately. Perform monthly Physical inventory. Stock in New vehicles daily, print invoices and process the accounting. Pull warranties and gaps from the deals for processing including cancellations. File deals and other documents. Other duties, as assigned Requirements Qualifications: Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines. High professional dependable, helpful attitude and team player. Must be detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Time Management-ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time. Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. Working Conditions: (Temperature/ in office/ shop/outside/fumes/potential environmental elements)
