Description
Description Contract Closeout Analyst shall have at least five (5) years of closeout experience. Experience includes knowledge of Federal contracting closeout policies and procedures, pre-and-post award experience; knowledge of the various contract types and the processes and procedures for closing out the various types. Requirements The Contract Closeout Analyst shall be able to prepare and analyze contract actions for closeout; perform desk audits, and reconciliation of contract invoices and payments; draft closeout documentation and modifications. The Contract Closeout Analyst shall have a working knowledge of FPD, PRISM (DP-2), FAR and the ability to interpret and apply agency supplemental directives. The Contract Closeout Analysts shall have excellent verbal, written communication, and “analytical “skills. They should be familiar and experienced with MS Office products, specifically extensive use of MS Excel The Contract Closeout Analysts shall be familiar with the closeout of purchase orders, Interagency and Interagency Agreements, Contracts (FFP, CR, T&M, CPFF, etc... and their associated task and delivery orders), Grants and Cooperative Agreements. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 90% of the time. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity types of machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, telephone, and computer printer. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations Frequently moves boxes weighing up to 20 pounds across the office for various needs Occasionally ascend/descend stairs, ladders, or ramps.
