Job Title: Contract Commercial Manager Job Location: Nicosia, Cyprus Main Responsibilities: Lead and/or be involved in the bidding, contract drafting, risk identification, and negotiation with customers in pre-sales stage, securing end-to-end transaction quality. Support the bidding team in the preparation of bid packages and effectively connect internal reviews and sales decision team for decision making. Monitor contract status, Purchase Order process, contract changes, contract risk, contract close, revenue and invoice management. Requirements: Comprehensive understanding and deep knowledge of contracts, such as trade terms, taxation, acceptance and payment, penalties and liabilities, intellectual property right, cybersecurity and privacy protection, contract termination and indemnification, export control rules, business models and quotation principles, etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with all levels of internal and external parties. Dynamic personality and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Ability to work under pressure, fast learner, high energy, not afraid to take responsibilities. Bachelor's degree or higher in law, international trade, accounting, network information engineering, logistics or equivalent from an accredited university Fluent in English and could use as working language, proficiency in Chinese language is preferred. 2+ years of ICT or Digital Power domain relevant experience is preferred. Frequent travelling to Greece (Athens) will be required.
