ROLE OVERVIEW:

This role will be responsible for reviewing a percentage of all works completed in the Causeway and West Area on the service and response maintenance division of the contract, to ensure that works are being completed to standard and as outlined in the contractual requirements.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct visual and functional checks on the required number of completed heating services and response maintenance works.
• Ensure all tasks meet contractual requirements and health & safety regulations.
• Confirm that necessary paperwork, such as Gas Safety Certificates (CP12), have been correctly completed and uploaded
• Identify any defects, incomplete work, or poor workmanship and escalate as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, including photographs, notes, and follow-up actions through the Accuserv mobile app
• Provide feedback to the Area Foreman regarding workmanship and areas for improvement so this can be relayed to the Engineer who completed the works.
• Any other item as directed by Management
