OVERVIEW

The Concession Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the concession, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient staff supervision, and compliance with health and safety standards. This role oversees concession staff, manages inventory and supplies, maintains cleanliness and organization, and supports budget planning and reporting.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum two (2) years of progressive food service experience.
• Post-secondary education in Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Alberta Basic Food Safety Certification.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  Pay: $27.59-$34.30 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week

• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage concession staff.
• Ensure staff provide excellent customer service and receive proper training.
• Maintain fast, accurate service and high-quality food and beverage standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock based on storage space, demand, and usage.
• Implement and manage a detailed cleaning schedule for the concession, kitchen, and lobby areas.
• Ensure accurate financial tracking including invoices, timesheets, daily cash-outs, and deposits.
• Monitor productivity, revenue, and costs, and assist with operating budget planning.
