We are recruiting for an Affiliate Contract Designer for a contract to start ASAP. What you’ll bring to the table: Experience of working as a Content Designer, ideally in the public sector Experience of designing content to meet user needs and making complex language and processes easy to understand Experience of evaluating and improving content based on user research, feedback and analytics data. An understanding of how to make content accessible A collaborative approach, ideally with experience of working in an Agile delivery team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience operating in the GDS Delivery Lifecycle and applying CD methods to different phases of the lifecycle.
