Diamond Technical Services is a trusted provide of technical solutions supporting critical projects across multiple industries. We are seeking a dedicated Contract Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting project execution and outage coordination.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Contract Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between internal teams and external stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a commitment to ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance throughout the life cycle of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations (local, state, and federal).
  • Manage and track contractual obligations to ensure full compliance.
  • Support development and execution of Scope of Work (SOW) documents.
  • Assist in progress tracking and performance reporting.
  • Prepare and present schedule updates and status reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Oracle Primavera P6
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder project environments
